Each handmade handbag is created using quality upholstry fabrics.
Items can be washed in your home washing machine for convience.
The first time you launder your aleshabeth bag, the dye (of both the fabric and the tie) may bleed. To prevent wash contamination use color catchers by Shout. We find them to be quite effective.
You may also choose to place your handbag in a pillowcase and tie the ends off. This will also help to keep your handbag from direct contact with other items in wash.
Easy Instructions
STEP 1: Be sure to empty bag of gum and pens. (This happens a lot, and if you are not careful you'll end up washing and drying random things.)
STEP 2: Select Gentle or Delicate wash cycle and use recommended amount of detergent.
STEP 3: After cycle is complete, hang to dry.
STEP 4: If your handbag is wrinkled you may choose to iron it. Please be aware that some fabric is heat sensitive. We have tested our fabrics and as a result your bag should come with a warning if it is susceptible. If for any reason you are unsure, please email us at help@aleshabeth.com and we will try to answer any questions requarding heat sensitivity.
